Request deletion of your data

You can request deletion of your personal information associated with Lunara’s Services. We will verify your request and delete or anonymize eligible data, subject to legal or contractual obligations that require retention.

How to submit a request

1. Email hello@lunaradynamics.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
2. Include any relevant details to help us locate your data (e.g., organization name, the product you use).
3. We will acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete eligible deletions within 30 days, or inform you if additional time is needed.

What we delete

We delete or anonymize personal information we control that is not required for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal compliance. When we process data on your behalf (as a processor), we delete it upon your instruction and in accordance with our agreements.
